At Disability Support Network (DSN), our team is at the heart of everything we do. As a family-run organisation, we take pride in creating a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment not only for our participants, but for our staff as well. Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated individuals who genuinely care about making a positive difference in people’s lives. We believe that the right team creates meaningful experiences, builds strong relationships, and helps every participant feel valued, heard, and supported.
Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and personalities, allowing us to provide high-quality, person-centred support. From our support workers to our leadership team, we are committed to empowering participants to achieve their goals, build independence, and engage with their community. We work closely with families, carers, and allied health professionals to ensure every individual receives the best possible care tailored to their needs.
At DSN, we also place a strong emphasis on ongoing training and professional development. Our team regularly participates in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we are always delivering services in line with best practices and NDIS standards. This commitment allows us to maintain a high level of care, safety, and innovation across all of our services.
Above all, our team is built on compassion, respect, and connection. We don’t just provide support, we build genuine relationships and create a sense of belonging. When you meet our team, you’ll see the difference: a group of people who are not only skilled and professional, but who truly care about every individual they support.
🍂 Late autumn harvest at DSN! 🍂
Today we spent time in the garden picking fresh radishes and doing some pruning to help prepare for the cooler months ahead. 🌱❤️
Our participants loved getting hands-on outdoors, learning new skills, and enjoying the fresh air while helping care for the garden! 🥕✂️ ... See MoreSee Less

At DSN, we run weekly cooking classes every Friday, with baking sessions on an almost fortnightly basis 🍳🧁
It’s a great way for our participants to build independence and confidence in the kitchen, while learning practical skills around preparing their own meals. Plus… there’s always something delicious at the end! 😄 ... See MoreSee Less
