Kathy Norelli established Disability Support Network after witnessing a gap in the industry where there was a need for empathetic and person-centered care. Too often, families felt unheard, and participants didn’t receive the tailored support they needed to thrive. Kathy envisioned a nurturing space where individuals with disabilities and their families felt seen, valued, and at home. As such, we strive to build relationships, create choice, and empower independence while treating participants, support workers, and families with dignity and respect.
